Europe Three-month Tour

In 2003, a dozen mainly young Wayfarers spent three months touring Europe. The first few weeks were spent in Sylvia Koti Camphill community near Lahti, Finland. We then travelled, performed and gave workshops through Germany, Italy, Switzerland, France, England and Scotland with music theatre, dance and puppetry programs. We workshopped “The making of parrot” with students in several schools, and performed an eclectic repertoire, including Judy’s setting of The Lorax and “Modal Magic”. We stayed and/or sang in several sacred and interesting places, including the Taize community, the crypt at Chartres, St Marc’s Venice, and finally the Findhorn community.
